When I try downloading from this site, Firefox gives me the following warning.

The size of the file is shown as "Nock,Albert.Jay.-.On.Doing.The.Right.Thing[06.18.2013].epub (383 KB)"
Any idea why the big mismatch between 383 KB and 50 MB?
I didn't want to click "Allow" till I understand what is going on and confirm that it's nothing malicious.

Well I do not think it is anything malicious, might just be a bug (either in Firefox or in Mega.co.nz). Looks like a bug report was submitted just a few days ago:

Try downloading the file using Chrome/IE/some other browser.
