    Thanks for ePUBing this book, I have been wanting to read this but the quality of the PDF has been putting me off reading it.

      You are very welcome, and thank the Mises Institute for paying for this conversion.

      I also have a cleaned PDF if anyone is interested (please leave a comment). Every time I go through to convert a book, I make sure to clean the PDF of many markings/artifacts to create a much more enjoyable experience.

      As of today (07.08.2013), the EPUB is awaiting a few tiny tweaks. Mostly one round of official typo correction by the Mises Typesetter, and a few code changes here and there... nothing major.
